Quick to serve. Great customer service. Very business like…. explained in detail what they found during the inspection… what they needed to replace if anything. Excellent pricing. Be smart and get on yearly contract to help maintain it working well. Surely will help to prevent big expensive repairs if you do so. Just like a car needs oil changes or check other stuff on it SO DO OUR AIR CONDITIONERS. Don’t wait until your air conditioner stops working or blows up because you didn’t have a service plan.
Air conditioning went down at 7pm back up at 9:50pm $100. Great employee professional knowledgeable who could ask for more. I will always use these folks. My daughter had them out last year different guy but same great results at her house.
I am beyond impressed! Everyone with this company was fantastic! From the ladies in the office to the salesman to the installation tech everyone was friendly and professional. To top it all off they were a good bit cheaper than the other quote I got. Our house is finally cool!
I have been using Aire Serv of Hinesville for AC service for a number of years now and they have been awesome!! Every person that’s apart of this business, from the office staff to the technicians have been amazing and have always gone above and beyond the call of duty when I needed AC service. I have called them at a moment’s notice of my AC not working and one of the ladies (Ashley or Tameka; ladies, please forgive me if I have your names wrong) would schedule a service professional (Kenny J.) to come out by the end of the day, but he has always managed to come out sooner. The service professionals work well together and will come to assist/check on each other. I highly recommend them for any AC services because of their dedication and care for their customers.
The service received by AireServ exceeded expectations. The whole staff was very professional and thorough. We had to replace our 17 year old A/C unit and were very pleased with this company and it’s attention to detail. Mr Kenny was very knowledgeable at the installation and Mr Willie the owner followed up and made sure we were happy and satisfied. I definitely would recommend them.
