Bobby & Carlos were swift and got the job done in about 20 minutes! I will definitely call New Era again if i need anything plumbing wise. Would definitely recommend to a friend. Home depot sent a group out here twice who couldn't do the job one time. A great experience overall, and I appreciated the test with the technicians information prior to their arrival.
I only do surveys on a particular business when I believe that business did excellent work. BJ, his coworker and the entire New Era Plumbing team was fantastic from the time that I placed my car for an estimate until they completed the job. I can’t think them enough for their professionalism and the quality of work that they performed at my home and I recommend them to anyone who has need of plumbing service. I have their number saved on speed dial just in case anything comes up and this is the business that I will be using to handle all of my needs going forward. Thank you for a job well done.
Nick P. Was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. He assessed the issue, told us our solution and fixed the problem all within 2 hours. Great service! We absolutely will be returning with any other plumbing issues. Thank you Nick!
My husband and I had a leak, so we called New Era Plumbing and they came out and told us the leak was between the house and the road, they were able to come the next day to fix it and we signed paperwork and got everything ready to go for the next day. The next day comes and the new era team comes out and replaces the pipe. So it comes time to go check the water in the house and it doesn’t come on, so the employee tells my husband that the PVR valve must be bad and needs to be replaced and it’s going to cost an extra $675. (The valve worked before, why wouldn’t it work now?) so they replace it and the water is still not working… so the employee says he must have missed something and is about to start digging up our yard again when our neighbor comes out asking it we had water, the whole neighborhood was out ( the water company had it off). The employee was standing there and heard everything, but didn’t say anything about the new part he just installed in the basement. Our price didn’t change, nothing. We didn’t need this new part, but they still charged us for it, and new era plumbing won’t call us back. We call them, they say we’ll call you back after lunch…. Nothing, a few days go by, we call them again, the secretary says the boss is out, he will call us when he gets back…. Nothing. And the guy who installed he pipe left his trash all over the place. I do not recommend this company, they say one thing and don’t do it, they charge you extra money for something you don’t need and then walk away like nothing happened. Go somewhere else, these people only want your money
BJ was the technician sent and he was fabulous. He was super polite and had a really great personality. He listened to each of my issues. I would definitely use New Era again but I will always ask for BJ to be the technician. Great experience.
