If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Anthony is by far, one of the most detailed and professional individuals I’ve ever met. Additionally, is colleague David is great as well. Had a hot water heater go bad yesterday. Anthony and David came out to assess and provide a price and timeframe of completion. Needless to say, I’m more than satisfied with the quality of work. New Era will continue to have my business. Humble thanks.
Fast response time, good quality service! Had a septic tank concrete lid and riser installed. We also got the septic tank pumped. Would recommend to others :)
Wonderful customer service through the office and when the technicians arrived as well. They were quick to find the issue and fix it for a decent price. Also provided estimates for other things they noticed weren't right. Definitely will be using this company in the future.
I do not recommend this company to anyone. The septic company came to my house and supposed to have cleaned out the tank. I wasn't home at the time. They claim I had excess sludge and it was harder to pump so they called to tell me I was going to have to pay an additional fee of $280 on top of the $400 to pump the tank. This was on August 21st of this year. Labor day weekend, which is 2 weeks later, I had a backup in my toilet and shower in the basement and it has ruined all of my floors in the basement and called them to let them know what happened. I was asked your septic is backed up again? I was told that my field line was clogged up and needed to be replaced. I've never had that happen before of all the years, since 1999, I've been in my home and have had my septic tank cleaned out several times. I was told that they would dig up my field line to see what the problem was; they even sent a plumber over for an additional cost to see why it was backed up. I told him I wasn't paying anymore money. I had someone to come by to snake out the lines and he opened the inlet of the septic tank and it wasn't cleaned out, which caused the backup. When they arrived, I demanded that they clean out the septic tank all the way this time. Anthony claimed that he had been doing this for over 16 years and that the health department required that you leave 8 inches of sewage in the septic tank. I told him I didn't care what the health department said, I wanted mine cleaned out all the way. BTW, I did contact the health department, as well as other septic companies and they said that wasn't true. He also told me that there was no warranty on a septic and that he would give me the additional monies they charged back which I am yet to see. I asked him if he was the owner of the company and he said he was close to the owner. In the meantime, I'm having to file a claim with my insurance company to get my house back in order. I will never use them again and I pray that no one else becomes a victim of this company.
The service man that came by was very professional, neat in appearance and appeared to be knowledgeable. I was given a quoted $980.00 to repair a water line. He recommended replacing the whole line about 20’. I decided to get a second opinion from a friend who is also a plumber. He came by and fixed the line in less than 10 minutes and he said the whole line did not need replacing. He charged me $100.00 and fully functional now. I had almost made the decision to replace the whole line with the other plumber. That was an outrageous quote with no justification for that amount of money.
