Pike Plumbing is phenomenal. I was referred to the company by a friend and I was not disappointed. I called at 7:15 am and they were at my house by 11:00 am, which was exactly when Mr. Pike said they would arrive. Lloyd and Josh looked at my busted water line and within 30 minutes had it fixed and cleaned up. Price was way less than I thought it would be too. Highly recommend this company.
We had some issues with our toilet not being level. We found Pike Plumbing and the team was able to dispatch someone to come and take a look at it within the same day. Very professional team! Met with Devin Pike, Devin was very thorough and explained how the issue occurred and what they did to fix it. I highly recommend Pike Plumbing as I was beyond impressed with their customer service.
Zac responded quickly when a pipe froze and burst this morning. He got here within an hour and they located and repaired the pipe in about 10 minutes. Great service and awesome response time!
We had an emergency replacement of our water heater. We placed a call to Pike's and was immediately placed on their schedule for ASAP service. Kenny and Shawn arrived fully prepared to take care of our problem. They took great care in removing the old heater and installing the new one. We have used Pike's Plumbing in the past and will not hesitate to call them with any future plumbing needs. Great local family owned business you can trust.
We noticed a leak from our water heater over the weekend and I called Pike Plumbing first thing Monday morning. I was not able to leave a message but within a couple of minutes I received a call from Kenny to inquire about my outreach. I explained the situation, texted him a few pictures (as requested). Kenny said Devin would be at my house after his first job had wrapped up. Devin arrived to my house a few hours later with a replacement water heater on the truck. Devin was patient and worked with me over texts during the initial inspection of what was happening, as I was working from home and unable to initially receive him due to a meeting. Once I was able to chat with him, everything was fixed, installed and in working condition within a few hours. I will call Pike Plumbing back for any future needs we have. They are very responsive and are not going to oversell you on what you need. Great family owned company with reliable and trustworthy people!
